Our Booking Process - Step by Step
At Andy Roberts Photography, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless and personalized experience from the very first inquiry to your wedding day and beyond. Here’s a step-by-step guide to our booking process:

Once you inquire about our availability, we’ll set up a complimentary consultation, either in person or via video call. This is where we get to know you, your love story, and your vision for your wedding day. We’ll go over our collections, services, and answer any questions you may have to ensure we’re the perfect fit.

Once you’ve decided to move forward, we’ll reserve your wedding date with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (typically 25-30% of your total package). This ensures your spot is secured, and you can officially check "find the perfect photographer" off your list!

After booking, we’ll begin the planning process. You’ll receive a detailed photography timeline to help us coordinate the best times for capturing key moments. If your collection includes an engagement session or other pre-wedding shoots, we’ll schedule those during this time. You’ll also have unlimited communication access for any ideas or questions you have along the way.

For couples who have chosen a collection that includes an engagement session, this is where we begin the fun! We’ll work together to choose a location that holds significance or matches the vibe you’re going for. This session helps you get comfortable in front of the camera, and it’s a great opportunity for us to build rapport before the wedding day.

On the big day, we’ll be there early and fully prepared to capture every significant moment. Our approach is discreet yet detail-oriented, allowing you to enjoy the day while we document it as naturally and authentically as possible. Depending on your package, we’ll have one or two photographers ensuring no important moments are missed.

After your wedding, we carefully curate and edit each image to create a timeless, cohesive collection that reflects the beauty and emotion of your day. Post-production typically takes between 6-8 weeks.

Once your photos are ready, we’ll present them through an online gallery for you to view, download, and share.
